Who we are

OutbidTower is run by Adhyay Tech, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. See our contact page for full details. By using the site or buying a floor, you agree to these terms and the rules.

What you are buying

A payment buys paid placement on the tower: your company's name, description and link, shown at the position your total payments earn under the rules, along with the company page, website badge, category ranking and visitor count described in the rules. You don't get a guaranteed floor, guaranteed time at any floor, or any guaranteed traffic or sales. Your position will change as others pay.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you run the company you list or have permission to list it, and that your listing is accurate and legal. You are responsible for your listing and for the website it links to.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by our payment partner, and your card issuer or the partner may add currency conversion charges or taxes, which are shown at checkout. We never see your full card details. Your floor goes live right after payment. That is the service delivered, so payments are non-refundable, as explained in the refund policy.

Removing listings

We can hide, edit or remove a listing that breaks the rules or the law, or that we are legally asked to remove, and we don't refund it. If a payment is reversed through your bank or payment provider, that amount comes off your total and your floor moves accordingly.

The service

We provide the site as it is and try to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or close the service. If we close it, we will post a notice on the site. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Changes apply from then on, not to payments already made.
